
Purchase Process
We provide vehicle sales and international shipping for U.S. military personnel in Japan
and customers in the U.S. mainland.

1. Purchase Process for Customers in Okinawa

After payment is confirmed, the vehicle will arrive in Okinawa in approximately one month.

• About 2 weeks: Vehicle inspection
• About 1 week: Thorough cleaning and preparation
• About 2 weeks: Shipping by sea
Step 1.
Purchase Agreement
We will prepare and send you the purchase agreement for your review and approval.
Step 2.
Payment
Once you agree, please complete the payment via bank wire transfer.
Step 3.
Vehicle Inspection
We carefully inspect the vehicle. If any issues are found, we will repair them. This process usually takes about two weeks.
Step 4.
LTO Safety Inspection
We take the vehicle to the LTO for a safety inspection and for title paperwork or deregistration procedures.
Step 5.
Shipping to Okinawa
After inspection and cleaning are completed, we arrange shipping to Okinawa. The vehicle is on the ship for approximately two weeks.
Step 6.
Document Shipment
We will send the required documents to the Japanese post office near you. These documents arrive before the vehicle, and we will notify you once they are delivered.

Step 7.
Temporary License Plate
(if needed)
Please prepare a temporary license plate in accordance with your base regulations.
Step 8.
Vehicle Arrival
Delivery will be made to the gate of your base (drivers are not permitted to enter the base) or to a specified location.

The driver will contact us approximately 30 minutes before arrival, and we will notify you accordingly
Step 9.
After-Sales Support
After delivery, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your vehicle.
2. Purchase Process for Customers in the U.S. Mainland

After payment is confirmed, the vehicle will arrive at your U.S. port in approximately two months.

• About 2 weeks: Vessel booking after the vehicle is ready
• About 1 month: Shipping by sea

We will provide a detailed estimate that includes the vehicle price, shipping fee, and export-related costs. To calculate shipping, please let us know your preferred U.S. port.
Step 2.
Customs Support
We can introduce a trusted U.S.-based customs broker.
They can assist with customs clearance, vehicle registration, and inland transportation within the United States.
Step 3.
Purchase Agreement
We will prepare and send you the purchase agreement for your review and approval.
Step 4.
Payment
Once you agree, please complete the payment via bank wire transfer.
Step 5.
Vehicle Inspection
We carefully inspect the vehicle. If any issues are found, we will repair them. This process usually takes about two weeks.
Step 6.
Export Preparation
We obtain the necessary export certificate and prepare the vehicle for shipment.
This process usually takes 2–3 business days.
Step 7.
Shipping to the U.S.
Once all preparations are complete, the vehicle is loaded onto the vessel.
Ocean transit to your U.S. port typically takes about one month, although the schedule may vary depending on weather, shipping conditions, and port congestion.
Step 8.
Shipping Status Updates
We will keep you informed of the shipping progress until the vehicle arrives.
Step 9.
Document Shipment
All required export documents, including the Export Certificate and Bill of Lading, will be sent to you by mail.
These documents typically arrive before the vehicle.

Vehicle Pickup
