Looking for a JDM vehicle that we don't currently have in stock?

We can search for the right vehicle for you through Japanese auto auctions and our trusted dealer network.

By keeping our inventory limited, we can reduce our operating costs and offer vehicles at more competitive prices.

We also have our own workshop, allowing us to handle everything in-house, from vehicle inspection and maintenance to bodywork, paint, customization, JCI inspection, export, and delivery preparation.

We have experience sourcing rare and limited-production vehicles that can be difficult to find on the open market.

We can also help you find vehicles listed on platforms such as Goo-net Exchange.

How It Works

Step 1.
Tell Us What You're Looking For

Step 2.
Preliminary Purchase Agreement, Vehicle Deposit & Agency Fee

Before we officially begin searching, we will send you a Preliminary Purchase Agreement.

Please review the agreement and sign it.

Once we receive your signed agreement and confirm payment of the Vehicle Deposit and Agency Fee, we will officially begin searching for your vehicle.

We will also provide you with a Purchase Guide explaining how the Japanese auction system and bidding process work.

① Agency Fee

The agency fee is based on the vehicle price including Japanese consumption tax.

Minimum fee: US$1,000

Examples:

¥1,999,999 or less → US$1,000
¥2,000,000 → US$1,000
¥3,000,000 → Approximately US$1,500
¥4,000,000 → US$2,000
¥5,000,000 → Approximately US$2,350
¥6,000,000 → Approximately US$2,800

The exact amount is calculated based on the vehicle price, consumption tax, and exchange rate.

② Vehicle Deposit

The Vehicle Deposit is a deposit held for the purchase of your vehicle.

It is used as a guarantee when bidding at Japanese auto auctions. If you purchase a vehicle, 100% of the deposit will be applied toward the vehicle purchase price.

If we cannot find a suitable vehicle within 30 days, you can either receive a full refund of the deposit or continue the search.

If we cannot find a vehicle that meets your requirements within 30 days, you can choose either:

A full refund of your Vehicle Deposit, or
Continue the vehicle search

Step 3.
Vehicle Purchase & Final Payment

Once we find a vehicle that meets your requirements and you decide to purchase it, we will provide you with the final invoice.

Payment deadline: Within 72 hours of the purchase decision
Your Vehicle Deposit will be fully applied toward the vehicle purchase price.
You will then pay the remaining vehicle balance, taxes, transportation costs, and any other applicable expenses.

If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the purchase may be canceled.

In such cases, the Vehicle Deposit may become non-refundable.

Exceptions may apply in situations beyond the customer's control, such as weekends, holidays, or natural disasters.

If You Plan to Use Financing

If you plan to use a loan or financing, please complete your financing pre-approval before bidding or purchasing a vehicle.

If financing is denied after the vehicle has been purchased and the cancellation is due to circumstances on the customer's side, the Vehicle Deposit may become non-refundable. Additional costs or damages resulting from the cancellation may also be charged.

Step 4.
Inspection, Maintenance & Customization

After purchasing the vehicle, we prepare it according to your destination and intended use.

For Customers in Japan / U.S. Military

We offer JCI (Japanese vehicle inspection) services and various packages depending on the condition and requirements of the vehicle.

Maintenance & Wear Items

Because these are used vehicles, some vehicles may require replacement of wear items such as:

Tires
Clutch
Brake components
Suspension components
Rubber boots and other wear items

If repairs or replacement parts are required, we will explain the work and costs before proceeding.

In-House Workshop

Our own workshop allows us to handle a wide range of work in-house, including:

Mechanical repairs
Bodywork and repairs
Full or partial paint
Aero kit installation
Wheels and suspension
Customization
Final preparation before delivery

Step 5.
Delivery, Transportation & Export

Once the vehicle is ready, we can arrange transportation to your specified destination.

We can assist with:

Delivery to U.S. military bases in Japan
Domestic transportation within Japan
Transportation to the port
Export to overseas destinations

Transportation and export costs vary depending on the vehicle and destination.

Even after delivery, please feel free to contact us anytime if you have questions or need assistance with your vehicle.

Refund Policy for Custom Order Deposit

If we cannot purchase a vehicle within your budget, we will continue searching. If no suitable vehicle is found within one month, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or continue the search under the same terms.
