We also offer parts supply from Japan if needed.
Q. Can you help me find a specific car?
A. Yes. Please let us know your preferences such as make, model, year, and budget.

Q. How long does it take to ship the car to Okinawa?
A. After payment is confirmed and the car is ready, the process typically takes about 1 month in total:

About 2 weeks for vehicle inspection,

About 1 week for thorough cleaning and preparation,

About 2 weeks for shipping by sea.
Q. Do I need a temporary license plate?
A. In most cases, yes. Please prepare a temporary plate if needed.
Requirements may vary depending on your base.
Q. Can I register the car on base (Y-plate)?
A. Yes, many customers register cars with Y-plates on base.
We will provide the Pre-Inspection Certificate required for base registration.
Please check with your base office for exact procedures.
Q. Can you deliver the car directly to my base?
A. Please note that drivers cannot enter the base itself, so delivery is made up to the main gate.
We can also arrange delivery to your home if needed.
For Customers in the U.S. Mainland
Q. How long does it take to ship the car to the U.S mainland?
A. It usually takes 1.5 to 2 months from the time of payment to when the car arrives at your port.
Shipping schedules may vary depending on the shipping company and destination port.
Q. Do you assist with customs clearance in the U.S.?
A. We can introduce a trusted U.S.-based customs broker who can handle customs clearance, registration, and inland transportation on your behalf.
Q. Can I choose the port of delivery?
A. Yes. Please let us know your preferred U.S. port when requesting a quote, and we will confirm shipping availability and cost.
Q. Can I track the shipment?
A. Yes. Once the vessel departs, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor the shipping status.
